America was conned – who will pay?

Indeed, it is somewhat surprising that there is not already rioting in the streets, given the gigantic fraud perpetrated by the financial elite at the expense of ordinary Americans.

Let me address that quote first.

When the chaos begins, who do you think can be called in to attempt a restoration of stability?

The National Guard? — what? Bush will fly them back from Iraq and Afghanistan? And they’ll arrive in time to halt the looting that’s happening in the streets? In just about every major American city?

I’m not sure anyone is getting this yet.

This is Armageddon.

This is the end of the way things were.

I’m certain the majority of people who are reading this — either as an addict of this blog or stumbling across it from reading a different post — are scoffing.

Time will tell. As it does with everything.

Right now, today alone there are so many awful news reports that I just can’t dredge up the strength to post even a fraction of them.

And, as you will see, this is just the overture, the opening credits. These are all the business writers simply doing their analyses.
