“Shit” And “Worthless White Nigger”
I didn’t see this movie. Now I wish I had!
Clinton Advisor: Indianans “Shit”, “Worthless White N*rs”
Bill Clinton Campaign Chairman and Hillary Clinton ’08 Advisor Mickey Kantor tells George Stephanapoulos and James Carville: “Look at Indiana…it doesn’t matter if we win. Those people are shit. How would you like to be a worthless white ni**er?”
This should give all of you a new perspective on people who run for office.
This is another reason to vote for Ralph Nader.
He doesn’t think any American is “shit” or a “worthless white nigger”!
Hey, all you truckers in Indiana! Register to vote! Put Nader in the White House!
Update: It’s been removed after receiving massive publicity. The maker of the film asserts that the clip was doctored. This is one of the rare times I did not save a YouTube clip. Had I done so, I would have re-uploaded it directly into this blog.
Update 2: The clip is back from others. The Internet Hydra Effect is in full effect. Delete one copy, and seven Up Yours! copies appear. I’ve looked at the clip carefully now. I also tend to think it was either doctored or the subtitles are actually influencing what people believe is being said.
Update 3: Close your eyes and listen to it with headphones. I think the first instance he is actually saying, as the filmmaker asserts, “Those people are shitting — excuse me — in the White House.” The second sentence, “How would you like to be …” is actually too indistinct to state with beyond reasonable doubt that he is saying “worthless white nigger.” Therefore, I deem this clip to be bullshit. We’ve all been had.
I would still, however, urge you to vote for Ralph Nader.

Mike, I like your attitude.
Elections have become a case of choosing one multi-millionaire over another.
Thanks for your comment on my post–I do discriminate between proof-readers (invaluable) and editors who impose themselves on a work (or a writer who hands in a manuscript that is subpar and needs to be muscled into shape). I work very hard to make sure my fiction is ruthlessly edited–in the case of my novel SO DARK THE NIGHT it was three+ solid years of writing and revising. Any author who fails to put the proper amount of effort into the job and relies on others (i.e. editors and agents) to help better direct their work is deserving of nothing except contempt.
