Blog Notes: Another Clue

YouTube playback has become intolerable. It’s like a slideshow!!

All video used to play fluidly on this PC.

No stuttering, no dropped frames, no problems.

Something is stealing CPU cycles, dammit!

I cannot resume blogging until this is resolved and I discover who needs a cap busted into them.
