Blog Notes: Test #1 = FAIL!

I got eleven tabs open in Safari and it was brutal.

Text in Comment forms would take a minute before it would display.

Everything was slow slow slow.

It didn’t used to be this way. I could have like twenty Fox tabs open and have no degradation!

It’s as if something is hogging CPU cycles — but there’s no malware here, dammit!

RAM was adequate to the task. Load got to 46%.

But still: brutally slow.

I think I will ditch this version of Firefox and go with 3 to see if there’s any improvement with that.

I doubt it, but let’s see.

Oh, and I turned off avast! anti-virus to see if that was the slowdown. No change!
